With over two decades of advanced nursing experience and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Susie brings clinical precision, anatomical expertise, and disciplined judgment to every treatment. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and former Jonas Nurse Scholar, her foundation is rooted in safety, mastery, and high clinical standards.
Her approach to aesthetic medicine is structured and results-driven. She is committed to ongoing advanced education and continual refinement of technique, ensuring every treatment reflects current best practices and elevated standards of care.

Kristina O’Dowd, RN
Kristina brings over 13 years of clinical nursing experience to Defy, with a foundation rooted in precision, vigilance, and compassionate care.
For the past two years, she has focused on aesthetic medicine, advancing her expertise in injectables, regenerative treatments, and advanced skin therapies through continued education.
